The School of Chinese Language and Literature boasts a professional faculty team with comprehensive disciplinary coverage, extensive experience, and strong dedication. Currently, the school employs 64 staff members, including 57 full-time teachers, most of whom graduated from prestigious institutions such as Peking University, Beijing Normal University, Fudan University, Renmin University of China, and Nanjing University. Among them, 79% hold doctoral degrees, and 63% hold senior academic titles. Additionally, the school has invited renowned scholars such as Huang Tianshu, Zhao Jinming, and Chen Jiangong to serve as honorary professors. Distinguished guest professors include Cao Shunqing, Fu Gang, Li Yuming, Federico Masini (Italy), Michael Lackner (Germany), Imre Hamar (Hungary), and Gam Seokwon (South Korea), among other eminent scholars from China and abroad. Furthermore, the school employs over 30 adjunct faculty members.
