见贤思齐，和而不同

《论语.里仁》：“见贤思齐焉，见不贤而内省也”。

《论语.子路》：“君子和而不同，小人同而不和”。

“Emulating those better than oneself” elucidates the attitude to study. We should follow what is right and work perseveringly so that we could be talents with both knowledge and morality.

“Seeking harmony but not uniformity” is theprinciple of behaving. We should be inclusive to what is different from us,either in character or in opinion, but at the same time, we should retain our own independent personality. We are good at absorbing theadvanced essence of world culture, we should also build self-esteem and confidence and promote our nation’s distinguishing culture.
