A 6-member teacher delegation from our school went to Italy from November 13th to 18th to participate in the "Fusion and Innovation-The 5th Italian Teaching Symposium of the Confucius Institute in Italy" hosted by the Confucius Institute at the University of Rome and conducted fruitful academic discussions and project exchange activities.

Including the Dean of Chinese and Foreign Confucius Institutes, Chinese teachers, scholars, and doctoral students from 23 teaching units,more than 70 people from China, Italy, the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Bulgaria and South Korea attended in the seminar.  Congratulatory letters were delivered by Ma Jianfei, the Vice President of the World Chinese Language Teaching Association, and Education Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Italy and San Marino. The opening ceremony was hosted by Zhang Hong. The Chinese Dean of the Confucius Institute at the University of Rome made a speech.
